Our second annual TICAS Michigan Advocacy Playbook outlines our strategy and priorities for higher education policy in 2025. Our theme for the year, “From Pipe Parts to a Pipeline,” reflects our focus on improving the connections between various education resources and programs that currently fail to serve Michiganders to their full potential. The playbook includes policy goals for the year in improving access, affordability, and success in Michigan’s higher education system, and describes our team’s approaches to empowering higher education advocates in the state.
