TICAS Comments to ED in Support of Proposed Rules on R2T4, TRIO, and Distance Ed

On August 23, 2024, TICAS submitted comments to the U.S. Department of Education in support of proposed rules for distance education, return of Title IV (R2T4) dollars, and TRIO program eligibility. TICAS also joined comments as a member of the Protect Students and Taxpayers (PSAT) Coalition in  support of the same proposed regulations.
